Field Operations Associate Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA

OVERVIEW

As the Field Operations Associate Manager, you will be responsible for the reliable operation of large format signs and IKE across the network. Duties will include managing slack channels and dashboards looking for issues across the fleet, and scheduling repairs with the appropriate regional technical supervisor or subcontractor. Working knowledge of large format digital sign operations and advanced control systems is preferred. In addition, a candidate will find success in this position if they thrive in a fast-paced environment and can successfully juggle multiple, complex projects. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Monitor the outage dashboards and slack channels for issues.
  • Provide first point of contact for subcontractors looking for escalation of issues.
  • Work with the Field Operations team and subcontractors to schedule outage repairs.
  • Maintain a good report with property management to keep Operational records current for service requests and access.
  • Report problems to the field operations team following established protocol and assist with corrective action, including creating and managing support and repair tickets.
  • Manage the overall health and operation of large format signage across the network.
  • Will need to assist CCs team with content scheduling issues when they arise.

  • Have a basic understanding of Video signal flow, Equipment terminology and Use Cases
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft OS.
  • Able to work independently to make sound decisions regarding problem solving, scheduling and communication with service contractors.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone with property management and/or engineers to gain trust and efficiency in our service providers.

  • Minimum of 1-year professional experience in related field. Preferred experience in large-scale or high-volume city deployments of smart city, telecom, or other technology infrastructure, specifically remote monitoring asset fleets.
  • 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
